Say which iPhone and which iOS version you are on, and what you were doing when it went wrong. Those two things are usually the difference between a problem we can act on and one we cannot reproduce.
Usual questions
The power runs out too fast
The battery drains as you fly, and the batteries floating in the tunnel top it up. Scraping along the wall drains it much faster, so keep to the middle. A bigger battery in the hangar makes each charge last longer.
The ship is too twitchy, or too slow to turn
Settings → Steering Sensitivity changes how far the ship moves for each swipe, from slow to fast.
What is the difference between Voyage and Endless?
Voyage is the story: twelve wormholes home across four galaxies, with a choice of wormhole in open space after each one. Endless is a single tunnel with no exit that keeps getting faster; the aim is the highest score.
How is the Endless score counted?
One point for every metre flown, and five for every star shard picked up.
My score is not on the leaderboard
Scores go to Game Center only when you are signed in to it on your iPhone (Settings → Game Center). The weekly leaderboard starts over every Monday, so last week's scores are not on it.
The Continue, Double or Watch button is missing
Those buttons only appear once an ad has loaded, so they need a network connection. If you are offline, or no ad is available right now, they come back by themselves after a little while. Continue can be used once per run, and the free core three times a day.
How do I start my progress over?
Settings → Reset Progress. It clears the voyage, your best distance and score, your star shards and cores, and everything in the hangar on this device, and it cannot be undone.
There is no sound, or nothing vibrates
The game follows your ringer switch, so check that it is not on silent. Settings in the game has Music, Sound Effects and their volumes, and Haptics. If haptics are on and you feel nothing, check Low Power Mode and Settings → Sounds & Haptics → System Haptics on your phone.
